Robert Kluver has a decade of experience working as a paralegal in Northern California. For the bulk of that time, he was a plaintiff’s personal injury litigation paralegal. He has extensive experience drafting and filing lawsuits, case management, and law and motion documents in state court; calendaring deadlines; scheduling depositions; ordering and summarizing medical records; and drafting demand letters, among the multitude of other tasks required to help a boutique law firm maintain its success.
